We use your personal information collected from you; to act as your agent and to perform our duties/obligations under our listing agreement with you.

We may use such information collected to promote our services and /or to seek potential clients.

You may request details of personal information that we hold about you in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information. Please be aware that our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. At our sole discretion, we may modify our privacy policy at any time, all modifications will be effective immediately upon our posting of the modifications on our website.
